[chbot] Mid winter BBQ, natter, and maybe some videos at BR05

Hello everyone,

This afternoons event is still on, 5pm onwards -- food and informal 
chat, bring stuff to be cooked.

BBQ if the rain holds off, else the trusty old skillet. Supermarkets are 
open if you want anything fancier than basics.

Rather than our normal formal talks, how about a few short (less than 8 
min) videos - nerdy, humorous, vaguely techie ?

Still happy to have tech-talks if you have an interesting project, but 
remember that the regular main-meeting is only a couple of weeks away.
