[chbot] Quick turn around PCB manufacture

Can anyone recommend a PCB manufacturer with a turn around time of
less than 1 week.

* quick turn around
* two layer, plated through holes
* solder mask and silk screen
* reasonable cost

I seem to remember this being discussed on the list occasionally, but
* the list archives are not searchable
* these things change with time
