There are two potential solutions:

Wait until your provider gets their act together (again).

gmail is not the answer, it is another question.

Do however check whether the warning email may be a fake, phishing
attempt, etc.

I am also not totally sure whether it is possible to end up in this
situation by virtue of faked emails bounced back to the list manager. My
inclination is to say yes, depending on the list manager (mailman)
configuration in connection with the MTA used (exim).
