Hi team

What are peoples thoughts on an HRV system?
The wife is convinced we need one after the woman's expo.

To me it's just a fan with a mirco comparing ceiling temp with house temp,
and turning the fan on and off accordingly.

I'm leaning towards a heat pump, so we are miles apart
