[chbot] New Robotics Group Venue Choices

Personally I would prefer the Christchurch Amateur Radio Club premises,
finding your way around UC can be frustrating for the uninitiated, well
that has been feedback I have had from some for events I have helped
organise there in the past.

Shouldn't bee too difficult to organise payment of a nominal sum (gold coin
attendance) to pay for power use.
