[chbot] Arduino control from phone

The user interface of the smartphone app is controlled by the arduino's
programming only. No phone programming needed. Communication
Arduino/phone via bluetooth.

Not dirt cheap though. And the phone app's capability for user interface
tuning seems largely absent so wouldn't compete with a dedicated app.
Time-to-go however is unbeatable.
