Yes, that was my thought too - Arduino + relay. If you can live with the
latency, Charles.

Does anyone know who designed those relay boards originally?

Funduino (only a guess) does not have a website, and
https://code.google.com/p/funduino-lab/ doesn't seem to have anything
relay-related.
