[chbot] Chocolate fish challenge: identify the chip

My 2c worth.
JP1 should have the micro's in circuit programming pins. You should be able
to identify these as a set and possibly identify the reset pin if it has an
R/C on it.
If this is a battery operated device it could well be an MSP430
