[chbot] PIC32 based Arduino Compatible board

If you want much more power (8 32bit cpu's at 80mhz with all sorts of
counters, video out...) - lots of open source support for all sorts of
peripheral (http://obex.parallax.com), cheaper price ($20us for a very
nice dev board:

out my favourite, the Parallax Propeller.  In a DIP package it's only
$8us...
