FYI:

I didn't take a pic with the servo etc mounted unfortunately, but I'm 
sure you can imagine it from the dxf.

And the pdf/dxf version of the plans for anyone who is really curious, 
it sorta shows the lever & geometry I used.

The funny 'dog bones' in the plan are 2.5mm deep slots/pockets which 
hold the servo and switch mount bits.
