clang and llvm also have support for MSP430, not sure how complete or
useful it is, but somebody would have done it because they wanted it
so it must be atleast semifunctional.
also the description says it contains an embedded ezFET module, "The
MSP430FR5739 device on the experimenter board can be powered and
debugged via the integrated ezFET, or via TI Flash Emulation Tool,
like the MSP-FET430UIF."
