I have 12% HCl, but I don't know how weak that really is (any Chemists care to 
comment on the effect of 12% HCl on human skin so that I don't have to find 
out for myself?).  Most people on Teh IntArwebz are using 33% or so, but the 
fuming stuff would worry me a little. :)

If the 'other stuff' in the HCl from Pioneer Pools is Peroxide then you're 
good to go!
