[chbot] PCBs again

I had great success with PCB toner transfer. I made some BGA boards this 
way. The trick was to use a toasted sandwhich maker hot plate to get it all 
hot. I then finished it off with a rubber artwork roller. This is what gave 
me the sharp results. Pressing with an iron never worked well for me.
