[chbot] USB silly-scope

Yes please I would be interested in a PCB & some chips to go on it.
The camera option would be particularly interesting if we could  
decode colour from PAL (or color from NTSC!).
Looking at the TLC 5540 is is not obvious to me how the OE gets to  
read static data.
Sorry don't have any advice as to where to get them made.
I have been wondering whether a decent micro mouse would benefit from  
gyro and compass as well.
