[chbot] PIC blues

I cant get the PIC programmed.  WinPIC800 just come up with an error about
it not having read what it wrote to the chip. the address is: 0xF80000 and
it wrote:0x00c17f and read: 0x00ffff.
please can someone help me i'm using a JDM style programmer.
