Who can register it cheapest? Someone is gonna have to serve as
admin/billing. Andrew can be the tech since he's furnished the dns #s.

An outline would prolly be a good place to start. When I first suggested
this I was thinking along the lines of keeping the content very narrowly
defined...ie: stuntkites. It would appear that didn't stick, so how do
you see this looking?
