[Templates] using frames?

Assuming that layeout.cell[1..n] contain the uri's or paths to
html/templates which you wish to load into your frames.  The include would
just "include" the template into your current template.  You don't really
want another document to be placed within <frame src="<big document/>"/>
tags.  So if you're using frames, think of each frame as holding it's own
template.
