Absolutely.  I really appreciate your help.  I tried to hack
Apache::Template but it still didn't work.  There were those
Makefile.PL changes you added that did the trick.

It isn't in any of the documentation that I know of, but I
remembered reading about it on the mailing list in July:

It looks like the documentation never got added for this new feature
(being able to call individual BLOCKs out of larger template files).
