[mythtvnz] Upgrade from 34 to 35 in Ubuntu 20.04

That is one option.

I don't usually do in place upgrades on my systems , just fresh installs.

I'm superstitious aboutin placeupgrades due to failures in the distant past.

Anyway I would rather install the next LTS than an interim version.

I have registered it for Ubuntu Pro extended maintenance support and 
will  probably wait until 26.04 is released.

Hopefully the live kernel upgrades won't upset anything
