[mythtvnz] Upgraded to mythtv 35

Took the plunge and upgraded from 34 to 35.

The upgrade went smoothly.

However, 35 removes mythweb and replaces it with webfrontend, which overall is 
a vast improvement in the sense that it's very modern looking. The downside is 
the program guide, which now wastes a whole lot of space and no matter what 
theme you use, I find difficult to read. Use to be able to fit all the 
channels I wanted to see on one page without having to scroll and was easy to 
read. Neither of those are true anymore.
