[mythtvnz] MHEG5 data stops at end of 2024-11-05

For the last two days, mhegepgsnoop has not downloaded any new MHEG5
EPG data beyond the end of 2024-11-05.  On my LG C3 TV, I do have the
full 7 days of EPG data out to the end of 2024-11-07.  It is likely
that since the C3 is a fairly new model, it is getting its EPG from
the EIT data as Freeview now specifies EIT as the current method.  So
it looks like it is just the MHEG5 data that is affected by this
problem.

I have used the contact form on freeviewnz.tv to let them know about
the problem and hopefully it will be fixed before the data runs out.
There are still heaps of older Freewiew TVs and boxes out there that
use the MHEG5 data.  But if not, we may need to start using the EIT
data.  It can be collected directly by mythbackend, but then you do
not get the enhancements such as series/episode numbers that is
provided by xmltv-proc-nz.

I can manually download the EIT EPG data using my updated version of
tv_grab_dvb_plus and then run xmltv-proc-nz on it.  But
tv_grab_dvb_plus has a bug that means it does not stop collecting the
EPG data when it has it all, so I can not automate the process
properly.  It look like I will need to spend some time to see if I can
fix that bug, in case we need it to collect the EIT data.

The EIT data can also be collected using the Windows program EPG
Collector.
