[mythtvnz] Where is our archive?

Well, I host the list, and Nick Rout was handling the admin interface.

So I'll assume he chose to populate the footer with the link to
gossamer-threads; but Ourshack has the full archives at
https://lists.ourshack.com/pipermail/mythtvnz/ as per normal mailman setup.

I've removed the links to Gossamer and pointed back at our own archive.
IIRC the original decision was probably around the idea that Gossamer
Threads had other MythTV-related mailing lists, so it was more convenient.

However, I'll leave the Gossamer-related list subscriber in place, in case
this is a temporary problem.
