[mythtvnz] Kodi crashes

After Kodi was updated to version 20.2 (on 3 devices) I have been 
getting frequent crashes (at least one on every session).

I think that I have finally found the fix so am posting here in case 
anyone else has had the same problem.

I "disabled" the MythTV addon, then I uninstalled it (and cleared the 
data), then I reinstalled it and I have had no crashes for 3 days.

I am kicking myself for not taking the hint earlier that the manual 
update to the addon also caused Kodi to crash.
