[mythtvnz] DVB-T scan tables update

Hi guys,

The dtv-scan-tables package has horribly outdated info for NZ in it. Probably causing a few issues especially with noobs.

I've updated the scan tables for NZ in https://github.com/tvheadend/dtv-scan-tables/tree/tvheadend/dvb-t

I've looked at https://git.linuxtv.org/dtv-scan-tables.git/tree/ but can't figure out how to update any info there, and have had to drop it due to time constraints.

If someone here know their way around GIT better than me and can arrange to copy the new tables from the first URL to the 2nd, it would be very much appreciated.
