[mythtvnz] TV3 => Three

I had a look this morning and also found I had no listings for TV3 (or
Three).  I downloaded http://epg.org.nz/freeview.xml.gz and I could see:

        <channel id="tv3.freeviewnz.tv">
                <display-name>Three</display-name>
        </channel>
        <channel id="tv3-plus1.freeviewnz.tv">
                <display-name>ThreePlus1</display-name>
        </channel>

But, there were no programs for these channel id's.

I've gone through the same process again this afternoon and now I can see
the listings, and they still have channel id tv3.freeviewnz.tv.

I ran mythfilldatabase and now I can see all the listings as normal.

I don't know who fixed it, but thank you.
