Both TV and Myth BE will be connected to the same antenna. Any noise here
could cause problems especially if it is in the UHF frequencies DVB-T
uses. Any badly shielded electrical device in your house could cause a
problem. But if it is in your house then YOU are in full control of
turning them on and off and know when they are active so should not be hard
to track down. But also anything your neighbours have especially if they
are in the direction your aerial points could be a problem. If for example
your neighbour in line with your aerial has a car door opener that is
faulty then every time they get home in the evening your recording is going
to get ruined for 20 seconds and if it is bad it can stop Myth from
recording any more of that single session. Repositioning your Aerial may
have some positive effects if this is the cause. You could also check with
your neighbours (especially those in front and behind your Aerial) to see
if they have had any similar issues.

Hi All,
I've a weird situation.
I've a Samsung TV with no earth and pixelated reception, but only when
there is something (unidentified so far) causing noise on the electrical
circuit in the house. The same noise is appearing on my Myth FE/BE.
Would ferrite beads help? Anyone got any thoughts?
WAF is so low at the moment I'm trying to find out more info.
Cheers, Tim
