[mythtvnz] WebFrontend

Sorry all. I should be using my real first name. Karl. Have changed this
now on my account. Used to keeping online privacy I guess.

The front end, while a few features are not refined, has a reasonable
effort at replacing mythweb which will be the ultimate goal in time. It
does not require any apache setup either.
