[mythtvnz] Can only record some channels

I am only getting a handful of channels.

I can receive TV 1 and 2, Maori TV, prine, choice, TVNZ Pop-up (?),
Te-reo, i get a lock on Al jazera but it is completely scrambled.

I cannot get TV 3 or 4 or any others.

I have swapped tuners in and out (I have 4 and two aerial  sockets.

I am at a bit of a loss how to diagnose this....
