[mythtvnz] November channel changes

Apart from the pop-up channels, which change frequently and I am
ignoring, here are the changes to the Sky channel lineup for November.

1) "Classic R'n'B" has been renamed to "50% Christmas".  It is now
described as "A blend of your favourite Christmas music 50% and
favourite pop music".

   Name:        50% Christmas
   Callsign:    50%XMAS
   Xmltvid:     50pc-christmas.music.sky.co.nz
   Frequency:   12519000
   Serviceid:   1133

2) New channel:

   Sky channel: 75
   Name:        Discovery Turbo
   Callsign:    DTURBO
   Xmltvid:     discovery-turbo.sky.co.nz
   Frequency:   12671000 Hz
   Serviceid:   1242


I have put the November channels.conf files on my web server:

Note that the channels.conf.freeview file has an update also, fixing a
typo I had in my database where the Freeview channel number for TVNZ
Pop-Up was 15.  This has been fixed to the correct channel number of
13.
