[mythtvnz] Python error i nmhegepgsnoop

I'm useless with debugging python so need help sorting this one out.

In the past I've always relied on the backend leaving a DVB-T tuner
pointing at a valid channel. During testing I'm running without the
backend and have to try tuning with the -t parameter but I get this error.
