[mythtvnz] Settings for Satellite

Hi,

Just moved into a new place and there's no terrestrial antenna, but there
is a Satellite dish.

So i pulled out my trusty old USB Tevii S660 that served me well in the UK.
But there's so many options in myth i'm a bit lost.

There's all the LNB settings, how do i know what to put in there?

Then for scanning, i found these instructions, is that information still up
to date?
