[mythtvnz] No HDMI sound output in desktop (Mythtv ok)

I wanted to watch an "On demand" program via the desktop browser.Is there
a way to do this in MythTV that I have not cottoned onto yet?I have since
found out,though,that TVNZ's on demand viewer does not work for Linux
browsers since a recent Adobe Flash update.
