[mythtvnz] Prime DVB-S changes

Just did a rescan and picked up prime again, so the freq are now
12483000 - TV1, TV2, Maori TV
12456000 - TV3, TV4, Choice, Cue, Te Reo, Parliament, Shine
12707000 - Prime
Which as noted is a pain as now you need three tuners to capture them all..
not to bad unless the Olympics are on ;)
