[mythtvnz] Mythtv setup problems: Unrecognised DVB-T

That worked.  After a fresh install of mythbuntu 12.04 I can detect my
dvb card.

But now I cannot schedule recordings.  Sigh.

The backend log is fill of connection errors when I try to schedule a
recording in the frontend.  Here is an example.
