[mythtvnz] How good is WAF on MythTV?

I want FreeView terrestrial (Sky I can get via analogue, or HDMI in the
lounge)
Does MythTV provide all of the controls and interface to the HDHomeruns?
Does that work over a wireless dongle or is that not fast enough?
