[mythtvnz] Sky is renumbering its channels on 1-May-2013

I just got an email from Sky saying that they are renumbering their
channels on 1-May-2013 "to make way for future content".  This will be
a big pain as I will need to write a script to update the channel
database that I can run on a cron job at the right time.  I turned the
channel data from the email into a more useful list as part of the
process of writing that script, which I hope will be useful to the
others our there who record Sky on MythTV as I do:

I am not sure how other people have the Sky channels arranged in their
databases, but I have my Sky channel numbers stored in the
channel.freqid field.  When I get my script written, I will publish it
so it can be adapted as necessary.  At the moment, my thought is to
create a table of new and old channel numbers, then run through the
table looking up the channel.chanid values for the old channel numbers
and adding them to the table, then running through again using the
chanid values and updating the channel table to the new channel
numbers.
