The video is interlaced H.264, and the audio is LATM AAC. 

You could try copying the video and audio streams into a supported container format, without re-encoding. However, I would doubt that Android has the capability to play interlaced video. Which means that you'll have to do re-encoding of everything anyway.

I play a lot of my content on iDevices, and rather than trying to transcode everything ahead of time, I just live transcode it from my various backends using AirVideo / Plex / whatever at time of watching.
