[mythtvnz] Commentary track 2 in some NZ programs

I think tortoise is right about what is going on. Commentary was the best
description I could come up with as there is a female voice describing those
things that are going on which could not be determined simply by listening
to the sound track - for the blind I assume also.

Anyone have any idea how far back this goes, would help me work out how far
back in my recordings I need to check - I don't watch everything I encode
straight way.
