  Only a guess as you have provided precious little information.

A) You have 2 tuners therefore you can only record from 2 muxes at once.
B) In all there are 3 Muxes (TVNZ, MediaWorks, and Kordia (.
C) You probably are trying to record programs from 3 different muxes at 
the same time which is impossible in your configuration hence the conflict.
D) In your configuration you can record 8 programes at once as long as 
they all come from only two muxes.
