Also setting the kids shows to only once a day as well as max episodes
helps as they seem to repeat a lot (especially on 4), max episodes for
shows like daily news and sport as well

I usually set a movie  manually to "do not expire" if some thing
interesting appears, every thing else lasts about 3 weeks
