[mythtvnz] mythtv 0.25 jitter/judder

The video playback jitter/judder with 0.25 has been distracting & an
eyesore..
I figured it was related to 0.25 smooth sync & my requirement to use
60Hz refresh.
The smooth sync code causes bad playback of 24p & i50 material on 60Hz
display.

I can't make git generate a patch.

There are 6 changes to lib/libmythtv/mythplayer.cpp of the variable
"frame_interval" to "refreshrate" on lines:
1888, 1914, 1947, 1949, 1950, 1956

My use case may be uncommon but there could be projectors & CRTs that
need to use 60Hz & other displays that do not have 24p modes.
