[mythtvnz] Couldn't find an A/V decoder ??

Well I'm stumped... Mythbuntu 12.04 with 0.25 fixs

After an update this week when playing some videos files I get this error,
was working perfectly previously

mpeg2 recordings still play fine

file works in vlc...

mythffmpeg -i, gives

Any ideas?
