NO NO NO NO NO!!!!

Turn off the computer before plugging aerials/dishes!

I've fried a loop port on a tevii by hot plugging it while the 18V was
live to power the LNB.


Its not current limited, so its not like ethernet or RF or composite where
you can freely hotplug.
