No.

Myth will automatically select the audio stream according to a few criterias:
-Number of channels
-Audio code used.

a 5.1 audio stream is preferred over a stereo one
When it comes to code:
DTS-HD MA > TrueHD -> DD+ -> AAC > DTS > AC3
