I can't find a manual for your exact TV model, but this is from the
manual for the Panasonic TH-L32U30Z.

Try under "Settings>Picture>Advanced Settings". Should be a setting
"16:9 Overscan" On/Off. Obviously you will want to change this to
"Off".
