The LNBs have 14V or 18V supplied to them - this selects the polarisation
( Vertical or Horizontal).
I expect the internal supply may be 20V to 24V.I have found an adjustable
dc to dc convertor at Jaycar that will do up the 26V from an input as low
as 6V.This should do the trick.
