An Nvidia 7300 GS card is never going to be able to play DVB-T video
smoothly.  You need to upgrade to an Nvidia card that does H.264
hardware acceleration, preferably with the full feature set that does
the best hardware deinterlace mode, for example an Nvidia 220.
