[mythtvnz] local and master backend settings

This will teach me... I have messed up my FE/BE setup by thinking I 
could set up a static IP address on the box and putting that address in 
the backend general settings page.  The FE wouldn't then run so I set 
about trying to go back, and have the local backend and master backend 
both as 127.0.0.1 in the BE general settings screen.  Here's some of the 
output from running the frontend from a terminal, seems I've got 
multiple database connection attempts too, any assistance would be 
appreciated:
