I see these in the DVB-T MHEG EPG data also. I'm in AK. The data must be 
the same over a wide coverage area (whole of NZ?), i.e., it's not 
filtered for whatever is actually broadcast at a particular transmitter 
site.

Same thing I guess except that these seem to be control, not broadcast, 
channels.
