[mythtvnz] Remove Unavailable Tuners

OK I see, so they don't appear in the mythtv-setup? That's weird and
should probably be reported as a bug.

However going to the backend setup and deleting all tuners, then
adding them again may fix it. You don't need to rescan channels or
anything like that, after adding them just connect them to a video
source and all will be well.

Than again the system is otherwise working? Does it matter if a few
stray entries appear in the system status page?
